QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a method developed by Dolores Cannon that helps people access a deep state of consciousness (the theta state) to explore past lives and connect with their Higher Self for healing and answers.

QHHT® sessions with Christine are in-person at her office: 2535 106th Street, Urbandale, Iowa, in the Halling Wellness Center.
Before your session, you'll bring a list of questions you'd like answered by your Higher Self, usually questions surrounding health/body, life questions such as purpose and relationships and any another questions that you want answers too.

Christine will explain the part of you often called the Higher Self, Higher Consciousness, Subconscious, or Over Soul, and she’ll guide you to connect with it. You’ll start by spending time together discussing your life journey and reviewing your questions.

The hypnosis portion lasts around two hours and is recorded for you, as people remember different parts of the session. In this deeply relaxed state, you’ll be guided through 1–3 past lives or soul experiences. Even if you’re unsure about past lives, think of them as meaningful stories your Higher Self is sharing to help you understand the root of your challenges.

After that, Christine will connect with your Higher Self to answer your questions and do a full-body scan to ask for healing, often addressing both known and unknown issues. This part of you, which many know as intuition or gut instinct, speaks through you in the session with incredible clarity and insight.

You’ll then be gently guided back and review what you experienced, including your answers and recording.

Most clients leave feeling transformed, clearer, lighter, and with a deeper understanding of themselves. QHHT® is a powerful journey into your own inner wisdom and healing, and a beautiful way to connect with the part of you that knows all the answers.

Yes! Everyone is capable of reaching the theta brainwave state used in QHHT®. This is a deeply relaxed state of consciousness, not the light drowsiness you feel right before sleep or upon waking, but a deeper level where profound healing and insight can occur. You don’t need to “try” to be hypnotized, just relax, trust the process, and allow it to unfold naturally.

That’s totally okay. You can think of them as symbolic stories, symbols or memories created by your subconscious to help you understand and heal. Whether real or symbolic, the lessons are always meaningful.

Most clients bring two lists:

• Health/Body Questions (e.g., Why do I have chronic pain?)

• Life/Personal Questions (e.g., What is my life purpose? Should I change careers?)

• Relationships (e.g., how do I navigate a difficult relationship?)

No question is too big or small, if it matters to you, it matters.

You’ll start by talking with your practitioner about your life and your questions. Then, you’ll be guided into a relaxed state to explore past lives or other experiences. Finally, your Higher Self is accessed to answer your questions and do any needed healing.

A full session usually takes 5–6 hours or longer. This includes time to talk, the hypnosis journey, and reviewing the session afterward.

Some people remember a lot, and others only bits and pieces. That’s why the session is recorded. You’ll receive an audio file to revisit and integrate what came through.

Yes. QHHT® is a gentle, natural process where you are always in control. You can speak, move, and wake up at any time.

Your Higher Self can scan the body and energetically repair issues, sometimes even instantly. This healing happens only if it’s appropriate and in alignment with your soul’s path.

• Come with a clear list of questions.

• Get a good night’s rest.

• Eat a light meal beforehand.

• Be open, curious, and ready to receive.

QHHT® isn’t covered by private insurance since it’s considered a holistic and complementary healing modality. That said, many clients find it to be a deeply valuable investment in their well-being and personal growth.

QHHT® is designed to be a deep, in-person experience. For your comfort and safety, I need to be physically present with you throughout the entire session. This allows me to guide you gently, adjust the environment if needed, and provide grounding support as you explore these profound levels of consciousness.

Remote platforms like Zoom don’t allow for the same level of energetic connection, security, or support that is necessary in QHHT®. Because each journey is unique and deeply personal, being in the same physical space ensures that you feel safe, supported, and fully guided throughout the process.

For these reasons, I only offer QHHT® sessions in person.

Yes. QHHT® is best suited for adults, generally 18 and older.

This is because QHHT works by guiding a person into a deep level of trance where the subconscious and Higher Self can come forward. Children and young teens often don’t yet have the focus, life experience, or emotional maturity to fully engage in this process.

Dolores Cannon, the founder of QHHT, emphasized that the technique requires a client who is genuinely curious, open, and able to explore their subconscious without outside influence. Younger individuals may not yet be ready to process the depth of information and healing that can come through in a session.

That said, age is less about the number and more about readiness. A client needs:

• Emotional maturity

• A sincere desire to explore within

• The ability to relax and follow the process

For these reasons, all QHHT® trained practitioners, including myself, recommend QHHT® for adults, however, there is always an option for a Surrogate Session. Please see above.
